At last I get a reply.... However your latest bill to me . for Tecnician visit is in dipute ... I need All technician reports sent to me in English ... Also my initial contract terms are changed at more cost to me from English version .. All this to ИМЯ Jurist in a Postal letter copied to Consumer protection Office Montha ago ?? when will I get a formal response .... Please also advise at what stage of formal dispute are we in ....Note that every error of contract and spurious alarms ar in НАЗВАНИЕ ФИРМЫ Favour.... I now look forward to full response to my qurysies ...You will also note that I talk to НАЗВАНИЕ ФИРМЫ Chairmanms P.A. by telephone....Which should be on record....Looking forward to a formal response without delay...
